Particle Neopo (workbench alternative)

Neopo is a lightweight Particle code development editor that can be an easy alternative to Workbench (Visual Studio Code). It builds Particle projects locally, and it is compatible with the Particle CLI. Linus, macOS, Windows, and Rasberry PI OS are supported.
